Our Permit Center provides online public access to the current status of permits, inspection details and access to application materials and submitted documentation. Other available services include reviewing public notices, viewing inspection activity with their results and viewing scheduled inspections. Our goal is to make conducting business in Island County simpler and more efficient for our citizens. At this time we have a number of permits avaiable to submit online and are working towards many more in the future.

Registered Users can:
* Apply for permits digitally using PDF submittal documentation
* Pay permit invoices
* Track status of permit applications
* Request inspections & review inspection results
For a complete list of permits avaialble to submit though this portal, select MY PORTAL and APPLY ONLINE.
If you do not see the permit you wish to submit listed, it is not yet avaiable for portal submittal and you must contact the department directly for submittal details and information.

If you are a previous user of the Island County Permit Portal, your LOG IN NAME is your registered email address used during initial permitting setup. Go to the Login screen and press the "Forgot your password?" link. Use this email address to request a password reset. After creating your account, you will then enter your PORTAL ACCESS CODE.
